WordMorpher is a desktop application that dramatically simplifies repetitive document work. It lets you:

• Search for a specific word or phrase in DOC/DOCX and PDF (Portable Document Format) files. Shows where searched words are located - shows each file name (double-clicking opens the file and shows the occurrence) and sections of text around that word or phrase in that file. Works in selected folders and subfolders if selected.
• Replace word or phrase within Word documents (DOC / DOCX). The task is performed in selected folder and all subfolders if selected.
• Convert Word DOC/DOCx documents into PDF format easily by one click only. All files in selected folder and all subfolders if selected.
• Translate Word documents from one language to another (work in progress - currenty translates by sentences).
• Automatically process entire folders and subfolders(if selected) so you don’t have to deal with individual files one‑by‑one.
• The big advantage is the efficient high-speed multi-threaded mechanism!

• Works on Windows (10/11) and macOS (Monterey or newer).
• Supports .doc and .docx files, searched also in .pdf.
• On Windows, requires installed Microsoft Word; on all platforms, LibreOffice is also required.
• Supports both light and dark UI themes.
• Automatically skips temporary/auto‑saved Word draft files (e.g. ~$filename.docx).
• Licensing is simple: one license per computer. After purchase, user receives a download link; upon first launch, a license window appears, user enters name & email to receive the key.

✅ System requirements and privacy policy

1. Microsoft Word (Office) installed in Windows environment - the application uses the aforementioned program for faster performance. Supported versions: Word 2010 or later (2016+ recommended).
2. LibreOffice - is required in all operating systems. Allows you to work with files.
3. Operating system Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or MacOS (Monterey or newer) with 2GB of RAM. Multicore CPU.
4. Folder write permissions - The program needs permissions to write to the selected folder (to create PDFs and log files). It also needs permissions to create temporary files.
5. Correct file structure - Word files must be properly terminated, .doc or .docx, with no errors or locks. Autosaved draft files (e.g. ~$name.docx) are automatically skipped.
6. If you have any problems with the program, we recommend turning on logging of events in the app. You can send us this log file so that we can debug the app. At iPeeWell, we do not store these files after the review nor do we disclose its content.
7. *When using translation, the text is transferred in chunks to Google servers, where the translation is performed. Read how Google protects your data here.

✅ Usage

• In the menu you can select folder, theme, language, logging or check for app updates. Update-check also occurs automatically.
• App has 4 tabs: Search, Word2PDF, Replace and Translate.
• Each of the tabs has a checkbox to include subfolders, button to select working folder which is displayed next to the button.
• Each of the tabs also contains a text box with short usage information. This box is used to report events/activities during the execution of the app. You can clean the box by clicking Clean button. At the bottom of app window you can see a progress bar.
• Search tab has an search word/phrase input box and a Search button next to it.
• Word2PDF tab additionally has a convert button.
• Replace tab has 2 inputboxes - one for the search word/phrase to be replaces and the second one for a new text.
• Translate tab additionally has two dropdown menus - left one for current/source document language and right one to the target language.
